Ragi / Finger millet Flour – 1 cup, Whole wheat flour – 1/4 cup, Roasted peanuts – 1 tbsp Powdered Jaggery – 4 tbsps, Grated coconut – 1/4 cup, Sesame seeds – 1 tbsp, Cardamoms – 2 & pinch of salt Finger millet is a good source of iron and calcium Add all the ingredients in a mixer jar except coconut & sesame seeds The batter should be thick in this consistency Make small dosas & drizzle some ghee on it
