Masala Paneer Recipe made with easily available ingredients Let’s begin first we will make paneer (cottage cheese) I have kept 1.5 ltr milk on high flame bring it to a boil keep stirring it in between so that the milk doesn’t get burn milk is hot take 2-3 tbsp vinegar in 1/4 cup water you may use lemon juice also instead of vinegar lower the flame and then add 2 tbsp of vinegar mixed in water mix it well once mixed nicely, we will add the spices coriander leaves powder 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder 1/2 tsp salt as per taste red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp mixed herbs 3/4 tsp TIP1 : You may increase or decrease the quantity of the spices as per your taste you may even add a few more spices like chat masala etc. TIP 2: You may use finely chopped green chillies, fresh coriander or mint leaves They taste just amazing in this paneer now add more vinegar water for making the paneer keep stirring the milk as well so that the spices get mixed nicely and they do not settle at one place in the pan Use vinegar, till the paneer and whey gets separated do not increase the flame once the milk curdles nicely, switch off the flame keep stirring till you get the light green coloured whey the whey has separated and paneer is made take a strainer lined with a cotton cloth strain the paneer you may collect the whey for using it for kneading dough wash the paneer with normal water wrap the cloth like this and keep a weight on it for about 2 hours or until the paneer is set after about 2 hours the paneer is set nicely cut it in any shape you like TIP3 : you may use this paneer for making delicious paneer curries or it can be served just as it is with the dip of your choice its a great option for a healthy snack do try it out and let us know how you liked it do like and share the video also subscribe to my channel flavourhome by Sutiksha Thank you!!
