Diet Tips : Metabolism Increasing Tips

in South Beach, Miami, Florida. In this clip we’re talking about how you can increase your
metabolism. Metabolism is really the way that our body takes food and it turns it into all
the different things in our body. Not just energy, but hormones, and our tissue for our
skin and for our organs and all those good things. So we absolutely want to have a healthy
metabolism. The best way to do that is to make sure that your cells are clean and healthy
and that might sound like a big task to accomplish, but the way that you can accomplish that is
by limiting the toxins in your diet and fortifying your diet with all the nutrients that we need
coming from whole foods like fruits, vegetables, proteins, nuts, seeds, olive oil and water.
So other things to focus on when you’re trying to improve your metabolism is balancing your
blood sugar. So making sure you’re getting the right combination of fat, protein and
